Terms & Conditions

Aerocruise Company ltd purchases accommodations, catering services and other services from independent suppliers that are not subject to Aerocruise Company ltd's control. The Terms & Conditions of these entities/independent contractors shall apply in their individual jurisdictions. Aerocruise Company ltd shall ensure that these suppliers have the licenses required under the laws of the land, and possess the required Health & Safety Certificates. Aerocruise Company ltd shall not be liable for delays in departure, accommodation and arranged sightseeing activities alteration, arranged game drives or excursions alteration, or interruption of tour arrangements caused by, but not limited to, acts of God, strikes, or any other causes beyond the control of Aerocruise Company ltd. Aerocruise Company ltd also reserves the right to withdraw a programme, or any part of it, to make alterations to the itinerary or the programme inclusions as it deems necessary or desirable, if delays or events beyond its control apply.

Aerocruise Company ltd reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment impede the operation of the trip or the rights or welfare or enjoyment of other passengers, at his/her own expense. Participants who are disruptive or endanger the group or the travel experience, or break local laws may be removed from the tour with no refund due and at their own expense.

All group programmes will only operate with a minimum of four passengers, except in cases of force majeure beyond Aerocruise Company ltd's control.

All normal room taxes and service charges as levied by hotels are included. Gratuities are not included in the programme price; these are at the guest's discretion. We advise that amounts should be based on the level of satisfaction with the service received.

Prices and Arrangements

Quoted programme prices include planning, handling and operational charges, and are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. Aerocruise Company ltd reserves the right to increase programme prices to cover increased costs, tariffs, taxes and V.A.T. received after prices are published, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Aerocruise Company ltd is under no obligation to give a breakdown in costs involved in any programme.

International airfares are not included in the programme costs, but this can be organized upon request. All international and domestic air fares are subject to change and availability at the time of reservation.

Early Check-in

Aerocruise Company ltd requests all hotels to provide this service whenever possible; however, check-in time as a rule is mid-afternoon at all hotels. Consideration of early check-in is dependent on availability.

Active Elements

Some active elements have been incorporated into select itineraries. To enjoy the trip as intended, a minimum level of fitness is required. Aerocruise Company ltd will require prior notice if any participant has any physical or other condition or disability that could create a hazard to him/herself or to other members of the group. Aerocruise Company ltd reserves the right to decline acceptance of anyone who its supplier(s) consider unsuitable due to fitness level. Should you have any questions or need any clarification about a specific programme, please ask for details at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

Full payment shall be made no longer than 45 days prior to confirmation by either cash, Bankers cheque, direct bank deposits or credit card subject to hotel confirmation. An additional 5% bank charges will be levied for all credit card payments. For direct deposit or transfers kindly request for the appropriate bank details. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation to keep the reservation.

Cancellation Charges

In the event of written cancellation, the following forfeiture of programme cost will be assessed based on the number of days prior to programme departure that the cancellation was received:

• 90–60 days prior: 20% of the programme cost
• 59–30 days prior: 50% of the programme cost
• 29 days or less: 100% of the programme cost

Cancellation Charges for Extra Services

Additional hotel nights and other extra services booked in connection with Aerocruise Company ltd programmes are subject to the following:

• Cancellations received 31 or more days prior to the service will be refunded in full
• Cancellations received 30–15 days in advance will be charged 50% of the cost
• Cancellations received less than 15 days in advance will be charged 100% of the cost

Passports

It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all their visa and passport requirements are met. All travelers should be in possession of a passport that is valid for at least six months beyond their entry date.

Visas

Visas may be required for most passport holders. However, it is suggested that you consult your local Consulate/Embassy on visa requirements.

Health

Health regulations for some countries visited may require proof of inoculation and/or vaccination certificate; such certificates should be in your possession throughout the entire tour. It is our recommendation that you consult your personal physician for additional information. Aerocruise Company ltd will not be held liable if you do not have proper vaccinations/inoculations.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that you purchase a travel insurance policy for the duration of your tour in case there are any unforeseen circumstances e.g. delayed luggage, cancellation of flights leading to loss of holiday time, loss of personal effects, medical expenses while on the tour, and other factors that may lead to the cancellation of your tour.

Rates & Fares

Unless otherwise indicated, all rates shown are in United States Dollars and are per person sharing a double/twin room or single occupancy as it may be indicated in the quotation. Quoted tour costs are based on the rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes applicable at the time of preparing your proposal. Aerocruise Company ltd reserves the right to increase tour costs to cover any increase in Park Entrance Fees, Air Fares, Taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange currency.

Tour Price Exclusions

Your tour cost does not include: air transportation (unless specifically stated as included), visa fees; any immunizations (if required); health certificates; airport taxes and country departure taxes (if applicable); all items of a personal nature; drinks, beverages and meals not specified; gratuity to tour escorts and driver guides; excess baggage charges; insurance; excursions not included on the itinerary; laundry; room service and any other items/services not listed on your confirmed itinerary.

Booking Terms & Conditions of accommodation facilities and other company service providers contracted by Aerocruise Company Limited shall apply.
